STALPROJEKT – Biuro Architektoniczne, currently STALPROJEKT sp. z o.o. is an experienced, resilient and dynamically developing architectural design company, appreciated on many levels both by Investors and local government units, together with practicing architects. We are not afraid of taking up challenges in the form of technologically advanced designs (production halls, logistic centers), as well as working on designs of huge cultural values. We have a team of experts allowing us to work on historical monuments.

We have been present on the market since 1994. Over the last twenty years we have completed several dozen large designs on a supra-local scale. We offer services at both national and international levels within the scope of:

• Performing feasibility studies for potential investments depending on terrain possibilities, formal guidelines and legal regulations.
• Carrying out cross-industry architectural designs for public utility, industry, general residential construction and sports. Our experience and competences allow us to work on designs of buildings supervised by the conservator of historical monuments.
• Performing both construction designs as a basis for obtaining construction permits and cross-industry executive designs.
• Helping with investments in formal terms of obtaining required permits and administrative decisions such as: environmental approvals, water permits, applications to network administrators for technical conditions of the investment.
• Providing the help of domestically recognized appraisers with carrying out the design.
• Actively participating during the completion of the investment and helping at every stage of execution.
• Helping with acceptance procedures at the final stage of construction.
• Our experience allows us to cooperate as investment supervision representing the Investor.

We are aware that architecture is a profession of public trust. Therefore, willing to inspire confidence in the Investors, we have insured our business against the results of error in design in PZU S.A. up to the sum of 2,000,000.00 PLN (in words: two million zlotys).
