Our architectural design studio is an experienced, resilient and dynamically developing company. We have been present on the market since 1994, providing services related to cross-industry architectural designs and substitute investment.
Our team of architects, constructors and industry designers has huge professional experience, which ensures carrying out all tasks in a proficient way. Our studio employs several dozen people, who are specialized in many sectors, while our computer lab is based on licensed computer programs of Bentley, including Microstation, Speedikon, Triforma, Powerdraft. This allows us to treat every Investor and every investment fairly and professionally.
We are aware that a well carried out investment is a result of many, often mutually exclusive factors. This is why we always treat each design individually and we approach the investor’s guidelines with understanding, also assisting with our experience.
In order to provide operational security of investments designed by us, we cooperate with Appraisers domestically recognized and valued as experts in their fields. Thanks to this, we are satisfied that designs created in our studio are at the highest level in the context of both architectural and functional values, confirmed by numerous awards.
